Job Responsibilities

South Beach Prosthetics is growing and looking for a candidate with experience in medical and home
health to assist with the management of our care team. Strong managerial skills are expected as
you will be managing a team of 25 reps. You will be in the field working closely with all members
of our team. You will be expected to gain a thorough understanding of our products and services
with a goal of achieving stellar patient outcomes while building our company reputation.

The candidate will collaborate with our marketing team by sharing your experience in the field and
providing input from the reps you are managing.
You will be working with the HR department and expected to build out areas of the business such
as enhanced morale, employee compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
The territory in Florida you will be responsible for is from Stuart to Jacksonville. You must have
your own reliable car, as you will be traveling in the field, building and maintaining customer
relationships and working directly with our reps.
This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow to a full-time position.
